Shipping Information

  • We Do Not Ship Internationally
  • Flat Rate of $15.00 Anywhere in Australia.
  • Free postage for purchases of $200 or more.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for your item to arrive after you have received your item sent notice. Delivery can sometimes be longer in remote areas, over holiday periods and during sales promotions.
  • Items are packaged discreetly with no indication of what is inside.
  • If you are not home at the time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office.
  • Items marked as received by the delivery company means you have received your item safely and no replacements, credit notes or refunds will be given for lost items. Please ensure you enter your address details carefully when placing your order though as we cannot accept responsibility for extra shipping costs incurred as a result of insufficient or incorrect address information. If your parcel is returned to us because your order did not contain sufficient or complete information, you will be contacted either by telephone or by email – however you will incur an additional postage and handling fee of $10 regardless of the value of your order.

Refunds & Returns Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, refunds can only be granted for items that are received as faulty. We do Not Replace or Refund just because you don’t like it, are not happy with it or have had a change of mind. The Item must have a manufacturers fault when you receive it and be unused due to the Health and Safety act that governs purchasing Adult Toys and Products.

If your product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product. If we cannot replace the product, we will offer you the option of choosing another product of the same value, or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product. The item must be returned to us at your cost, replacements are sent out at our cost.

Refunds are not given for damaged packaging. We do wrap items in bubble wrap however packaging does sometimes get damaged, this should not affect your purchase in any way.

To return a defective product and unless otherwise stated, you must return the product within 7 days of purchase.

Before returning a faulty toy, may we first ask you that you check the following:

  • Make sure you are using the correct batteries
  • Make sure the batteries are inserted the correct way
  • You have tried new batteries
  • Make sure battery connectors and inside the battery casing do not have moisture in them.
  • Where batteries are included and already in the toy there is sometimes a small tab of plastic to stop the batteries from draining power. Make sure this is removed.
